HYDRAULIC UNITS TESTS

We offer comprehensive testing of units on professional test benches. We have 5 stations with a capacity of up to 200 kW, including the only in Poland NEW GENERATION BOSCH REXROTH SERVICE TEST BENCH (SSTB-135/ECO)

The test of hydraulic units is carried out under the load of a motor or a pump on the appropriate test stand. The maximum operating pressure set on the units regards values indecated in the datasheet. Thanks to checking activities performed on test benches, we can visualize incorrect values of the units' operation such as capacity, pressure, rotational shaft speed, hydraulic oil temperature, power and many others. We are also able to observe possible leaks and, if possible, change the operating parameters of the units. The customer always receives the final report generated after the units’ test.

Our Company guarantees that every single repair of the pump or motor is finalny checked on the test bench.

In 2023, we purchased a new HYDRAULIC VALVE TESTING STATION as part of the "PO RYBY 2014-2022" project

TEST BENCHES:

The unit cannot be supplied to the customer without a final check on the test bench.

We also offer the possibility of testing submersible pumps. The process takes up to 7 business days, and the cost of the test depends on the type of unit.
